In this session:

Carlo gives an introduction to the Apple Shortcuts automation system and how Obsidian can benefit from being a part of it.

He'll showcase his app Actions for Obsidian, which brings the two together, and build a few short workflows to give you ideas for how to connect your existing Mac and iOS apps to your Obsidian vault.

About

Carlo is an independent software developer and personal automation coach from the northern end of Germany. In the past, he was co-founder and CTO of the German sustainability company RECUP, has helped his clients as an on-site developer and consultant, and has never *not* been thinking about working digitally.

He's been building apps, websites, and games for as long as he can remember, is a big proponent of the "Know your tools" school of thinking, and loves creating useful software that actually helps people get through their day.
