Case Study

Bianca Pereira

PKM Coach and Independent Researcher

How would you describe the LYT Workshop to a friend?

If you are struggling to deal with all your research notes, the LYT workshop would help you in organising your notes so that you can get the best of them.

What specific lessons or experiences did you like most about this workshop?

I liked how the lessons fostered intense and deep discussions. The lessons are simple and not prescriptive, what allows for adaptation and discussion. I particularly like the Evergreen and MOCs lessons.

What did you find as a result of enrolling in this workshop?

Exactly what I was looking for. An excellent community with interest in building and improving PKM processes and my own way to deal with my own PKM.

What has made your experience transformational?

I used to struggle to connect and make sense of my increasing number or research notes and literature notes. After engaging in the LYT workshop I got access to a new methodology to organise notes that I could adapt to my own use case. Now I not only find my notes but also contextualise them through links and build new knowledge from their connections. My ability to write research papers and come up with innovative ideas has risen since then.

I now have all the knowledge that I need, all the notes that I need when I'm writing a research paper. I'm no longer starting from a blank page.
